We endeavour to make all of our products in studio in Aotearoa, but that's not always possible for production or cost reasons. All of our stickers are fully made in studio, while apparel is screen printed with a local, sustainable NZ supplier.

Our bandanas and enamel pins are made overseas as it's not remotely cost-effective or even possible to have them made locally.

Yes, I do. My products are featured in many stockists around New Zealand, and we have a wholesaling portal available for approved stockists. I don't do consignment agreements.

Emphatically no. AI is unethical to use as it currently exists, and even if it wasn't, Pepper's ethos is handmade, self-made, and human-made. You are not allowed to harvest my artwork for your AI engines or NFT projects.

We absolutely do, but not to the EU due to their complex regulation requirements.

Our shipping rates are at cost or below, meaning that the rate you see is our cost to ship, with no additional fees tacked on. We use the cheapest tracked international option from NZ Post. New Zealand is literally an island in the middle of the Pacific, so shipping from here does cost more than you may expect, but we do our best to keep the cost as low as possible.

You can! If it makes your purchase easier, go for it, but please do note that we get charged much higher fees by Afterpay and Shopify for these transactions, which can be rough for a small business.
