Store Policies


All items are shipped within 3-4 days. We endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint, which means we are transitioning to using biodegradable cellophanes and mailers where possible. 

DOMESTIC (NZ) 1-2 week delivery:

Pins are shipped in bubble wrap or cellophane as appropriate, in a standard NZ Post pre-paid mailer. Pin shipping is a flat rate, meaning you can order multiple pins and pay the same amount of shipping.

Patches & Art Prints are packaged professionally and mailed in a flat envelope.

INTERNATIONAL (AUS/US/UK/Beyond) 2-3 week delivery:

NOTE: International shipping is available for everything except enamel pins. We're working on bringing back int'l shipping for pins, but at the moment, it's very unreliable and expensive.


  • Due to wrong address: If you've provided an incorrect address, there are two scenarios.
  1. If the parcel is returned to us in good condition with the product intact, we will ship it again to you for the additional cost of second postage, or you can get a product-price refund.
  2. If the parcel is not returned to us, you are welcome to re-order, but we cannot issue you a refund as we have lost stock due to customer error.
  • Our error or postal service error: We take full responsibility for any issues that arise that are either our fault or the postal service's fault. If your parcel does not arrive within 3 weeks (NZ) or 5 weeks (Int'l), please let us know and we will endeavour to provide a replacement product free of charge. These timeframes are not indicative of typical delivery time, they are a larger buffer to allow extra time for delayed orders to arrive. We are of course also happy to issue a refund if you would prefer.


We have never had an item arrived damaged, and we take precautions to make sure that we package each item carefully and with love to make sure that they arrive to you in new condition. However, if you do recieve a damaged item, we will issue you a full refund or replacement. All we ask is that you provide us with a photo showing the damage for us to review, which can be sent to us here.


Please read our product descriptions re: size and materials carefully. We endeavour to provide an excellent description of each product, and do not accept returns for change of heart.

We accept full responsibility for delivery faults (other than customer address error) and damage, and will address the issue as detailed in Shipping Info


We do not create pop culture inspired pins, or use imagery from any pre-existing media. All designs are property of Pepper Raccoon, and may not be used without our permission. Sharing on social media must include credit, either a social media tag or link to this website is fine. Any other sharing requires permission.

If we do see theft/unlicensed replications of our products, we will seek out legal advice and address them aggressively. If you can't think of your own designs, drop some acid and see where you get to. There's no need to steal others, you've got a creative brain. Use it.
